The HSE is producing vaccine certificates However, these are to keep a record of who has been vaccinated and when. Earlier this week it was suggested vaccine certificates could be used to attend concerts or travel abroad. NPHET has recommended shutting down the hospitality sector They have also recommended and re-instituting restrictions on travel and house visits from December 28th. Cabinet Ministers will meet on Tuesday to make a decision – but are likely to accept the recommendations. Tánaiste Leo Varadkar says it won’t be a full lockdown on all services:
